AACS was established as an independent advisory practice – and independence is not a marketing position. It is the structural condition that makes our advice genuinely useful. We have no commercial relationship with aircraft manufacturers, brokers, lessors, maintenance organisiations, training providers, certification bodies or software vendors. We have no financial stake in recommending any particular aircrft type, any particular operator, any particular approch to certification, or any transaction outcome.

A Team Built from Inside of the Industry
The AACS advisory team is drawn from careers spent inside the organisations we now serve. Our advisors have worked as airline operations managers, nominated persons, safety managers, compliance monitoring managers, aircraft maintenance engineers, aerodrome managers, accident investigators, and authority-facing regulatory specialists.
They have guided AOC applications with the UK CAA and EASA from the operator’s side — not the regulator’s desk. They have managed Part 145 approvals through real oversight cycles, designed safety management systems that were actually implemented and used, and provided expert witness evidence in court and arbitration proceedings.
This is not a team assembled for the consulting market.
